By clicking below on this contract, I will hold harmless and waive any claim of liability against St. Herman of Alaska Eastern Orthodox Church, 5107 Darrow Road, Hudson OH 44236, or the City of Hudson OH, or any of their affiliates or representatives for injury to persons, or for loss or damage to materials, displays or any of my property by participating in this Arts and Craft Show on 26 July 2025. I also understand that if I do not participate in this show, my donation is not refundable.
