PNWCSA 2025 Member Farm Registration
2024 returning farms were emailed a link that pre-fills many of the sections in this registration form! Search your inbox for an email with the subject "Unwrap this gift: a pre-filled registration form for the CSA Coalition!" and use the link in there to speed up this process.

There are several sections to this registration. If you were a member last year, several fields will be pre-populated.

Before you start, please make sure you are prepared to:

1. Provide your farm's contact information.
2. Describe your CSA offerings for the coming year (estimates are OK).
3. Report last year's sales data.
4. Report last year's referrals from PNWCSA (i.e. how many shares did you sell to people who found you through PNWCSA).

This information is critical for the Coalition's programming, including:
    - Farm listings in our website directory (www.pnwcsa.org).
    - CSA Share Fair in Portland, March 2, 2025
    - CSA Share Fair in Bend, later in March 2025
    - Brochures and other marketing and outreach material
    - SNAP and Double Up Food Bucks payment processing
    - Grant applications and reporting
