I agree to the following;

I will abide by all the rules and procedures in effect at Galveston Academy. I will act respectfully towards the school staff and other students.

I will attend school every day that I am physically able to do so. I will have my parent/guardian contact the school before 8:30 a.m. on the day that I am absent. I will furnish a note explaining the reason for my absence upon return to the school.

I will read the dress and appearance code. I will not wear items to Galveston Academy that does not comply with the dress code. I understand that I will face disciplinary consequences on any day that I am not in compliance with the dress and appearance code.

I will display appropriate behavior at all times.

I will work to the best of my ability in all academic areas.
