Please join us for a day of volunteer fence removal in the Avra Valley area on Saturday, Oct. 15th. We will meet at 7:30am and expect to be done around 2pm. More details below. A confirmation email with these details and a map will be sent to you soon upon registering below.
This is important work to remove barriers to wildlife movement between Saguaro National Park, Tucson Mountain Park, Ironwood Forest National Monument, and Tohono O'odham lands. You will be helping accomplish a positive and lasting improvement to the landscape and directly help wildlife by increasing connectivity between protected open spaces!

- Time - 7:30am - 2pm
- Meeting location: 6510 N Anway Rd, Marana, AZ (on Anway Rd. between Avra Valley & Manville Rds.) [a map will be sent with your confirmation]
- What to bring: LUNCH, WATER (in a refillable bottle), work gloves, sturdy work boots, hat, work clothes (long sleeves and pants are recommended), sunglasses, sunscreen, personal necessities
- What will be provided: Tools, snacks, water (for refilling your personal water bottle)
