The Clerk of the Supreme Court of Mayflower is responsible for handling all filings and documents that are addressed to the Court or its members. To ensure appropriate procedure and security, all documents must be filed with this form and in proper form as follows.
- All forms must be filed using Google Drive PDF and be made available to copy, print, and download from Google Drive.
- The link to the Google Drive PDF must be able to be shared publicly. It cannot be a private document.
- Once uploaded to Google Drive, documents are not to be amended or modified for any reason using the Version History feature. When documents are received by the Clerk's Office, a raw copy of the document received is downloaded as the time and is used by the Court.
