Survey - Women's Ice Hockey Team
Purpose of the Survey
Determine if there is enough interest from the Deaf sports community in forming a Women's Ice Hockey Team for the 2019 Winter Deaflympics that will be held on December 12-21, 2019 in Italy.

Context
In April 2017, a Women's Ice Hockey Team was formed for the Canada and USA demo games at the World Deaf Ice Hockey Championship in Amherst, NY. However, we noticed a significant lower interest from the female players in participating at the 2018 Canada Deaf Games held last February in Winnipeg. With these events in mind, CDSA would like to assess the interest of female players to take part in the upcoming international competition.

Please note that the survey is destined to female players only.

Please respond before November 30, 2018 at midnight (Eastern Time).
