Plans are under way for the 2020 Candor Daffodil Festival sponsored by the Candor Chamber of Commerce. Mark your calendars for May 2nd, 2020 10 am- 5 pm! The Daffodil Festival will be held at the Candor Ball Field Rt. 96 Candor, NY.
Our Daffodil Festival is an expansion on the wonderful Daffodil Daze event the Zamoiski family holds each spring in Candor. The festival will feature all types of vendors, antiques, bands, food, refreshments, beer/wine and, with your help, interesting displays and unique items. Children and families will be treated to a children's activity area.

Terms and Conditions
Please take time to read the vendor application page and fill it out completely.
Payment must be submitted with application.
Application deadline is April 4, 2020, fees are non-refundable after this date.
Spaces will be on a first come basis.
All exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting NYS Sales Tax and for displaying a valid Certificate of Authority.
Set-up must be completed by 9:30am.
Vehicles must be removed immediately after unloading. Vendors must park their vehicles outside the sale perimeter, and will not be allowed to re-enter until the close of festival at 5:00pm.
No early break down is permitted.
All vendors are responsible for keeping their areas clean, including clean up and trash removal at the end of the festival.
The festival does NOT provide tents, tables (may be rented), electricity, or water hook up.
This is an outdoor event-- NO alternate date or site is planned. Vendors should therefore come prepared for the weather.
There are no refunds due to weather.
Due to liability insurance costs, pets are not allowed unless they are registered service animals with documentation.
Generators are NOT allowed.
The festival reserves the right to reject any vendor applications.
If you carry general liability insurance, please list the Candor Chamber of Commerce as additionally insured.
No personal music is allowed, this interferes with the bands.
Never submit passwords through Google Forms.
