  2. Within a WEEK OR TWO (we are training a new HR staff member) you will receive a text and an email from HR stating that you need to complete your online on-boarding paperwork or an additional call is needed to discuss employment.
  3. After completion of your paperwork, your spot will be secured at your pool. NO MANAGEMENT POSITIONS WILL BE GUARANTEED UNTIL THE END OF APRIL.

This form is only available for Coastline Aquatic's previous employees and does not require any additional interview or call, unless wanted. Do you understand and accept that Coastline Aquatics has the ability to schedule you at various locations on an as needed basis? This is done on a very minimal basis, but is possible at any time. Coastline Aquatics will utilize all efforts before assigning someone to go to another pool, but can not control if the need arises. Employee still has the ability to find coverage if unable to make to another facility, but once scheduled, Employee understands it is their responsibility to fulfill.

I understand after my application, I will receive an email with my pay and pool within 1-2 weeks. After this email and before three days after, I will complete my paperwork on ADP. If I do not complete it within 3 days, I understand my employment will be terminated and I can not reapply until April- at which time no spots may be available. If I do not know what to do or where to find the paperwork, I will reach out to Coastline for help.
