Pecha Kucha 4 Official Application
Pecha Kucha 4 Application:

Pecha Kucha means ‘chit-chat’, and describes a presentation style in which 20 slides are shown for 20 seconds each (6 minutes and 40 seconds in total). The format, which keeps presentations concise and fast-paced, powers multiple-speaker Pecha Kucha events. For more information: http://www.pechakucha.org/

Simply put, Pecha Kucha is the art of concise story telling. Our community has hosted six successful Pecha Kucha events and last year the 3.5 version of PK for youth in Lloydminster was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Deadline for all applications is Thursday, February 23, 2020.

This Pecha Kucha event is jointly hosted by Lloydminster Catholic School Division and Lloydminster Public School Division. This event is also sponsored and supported by Red Bicycle Communications, Narra Studios and the Lloydminster Youth Council. The theme for Pecha Kucha 4 is ‘VISION’.

What does vision mean to you?

Your story can be quirky, inspirational, simple or even abstract, just make sure you connect it with the theme of ‘VISION’. In this application you are presenting your intended message - you are not required to submit a complete presentation until you are officially selected as a presenter.

Pecha Kucha 4 is scheduled for May 13, 2020 at the Vic Juba Community Theatre. Before submitting your application to present, make sure that you familiarize yourself with the Pecha Kucha presentation guidelines and time commitments. All essential dates are listed below.

Please write the following important dates down and ensure you plan to attend them all. Each will support your journey as a successful Pecha Kucha 4 presenter.
