EarthDance is taking our fresh and tasty produce on the road using our mobile kitchen, The Fresh Mobile! We're visiting Ferguson-Florissant schools to show them "What's Fresh" at EarthDance. During a What's Fresh Tasting Day, our Farm to School Educator will provide an informative presentation about EarthDance, food justice and the health benefits of eating fresh, local produce. This 45-minute presentation ends with a sample of a creative healthy dish made by our Farm to School Educator and AgriCulinary interns.

What's Fresh is a part of the Farm to School program at EarthDance. We include our AgriCulinary interns, from Innovation High School, during What's Fresh Days to sharpen their food prep, plating and presentation skills.
