TRINITY VBS 2027 REGISTRATION
VBS is June 8–12 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Registration must be completed by May 13, 2026, to be guaranteed a t-shirt.

Note: This form should be completed by a parent or guardian for all participants and youth volunteers.

Adult volunteer is anyone who, at the end of the current school year, has completed the 12th grade more than 1 year ago or has reached age 19, whichever comes later. Adult volunteers can complete this form for themselves.

Youth volunteer is anyone who has completed the 6th grade–12th grade at the end of the current school year. Youth volunteers CANNOT complete this form. It must be completed by a parent or guardian.

VBS participant is anyone who, by the start date of VBS and/or the end of the current school year, has turned 3 years old and is fully potty-trained up to anyone who has completed the 5th grade. This also includes participants with Adapted Needs, regardless of their age.
**Note for Trinity Preschool families: you do not need to complete this form for a child who is currently attending our preschool. If you have other children coming to VBS, you do need to complete a form for them.

Complete your Adult Volunteer information first, then your VBS Participant(s), then your Youth Volunteer(s). If you have more than 1 adult volunteer, 3 VBS participants, or 2 youth volunteers, you will need to use an additional form.
