We are looking for dedicated, experienced volunteers only. Volunteers are strictly here to work.

What we are looking for?
Someone who has worked at multiple of events and knows what to expect when it comes to author-= events.
We will be selecting 25 from this list, an e-mail will be sent to you before tickets go on sale if you were selected. We will then make sure to add you tour VOLUNTEER GROUP on FB so you can stay in the know!

- Set up and Break Down
- Registration
- Raffle Tables
- Runners/Floaters
- Line Control for tickets Authors
- Shuttle Bus for the Authors/Narrators
- VIP Events

::: What we are happy to do for you ::::
- Free Lunch
- VIP signing time, each volunteer will have 2 hours to get thing signed on VIP night
- On Saturday, towards the end of the event, you will have time to meet, mingle and get more signed if you need it
- Breaks as needed on Saturday, let a team member know!
- Free Tote
- Free Volunteer Shirt
- This is not 100% but we will help get you a discounted room as well
Are more detailed plan will be e-mailed to you once tickets go on sale and we have a better understanding of this new event space. We are so excited we all get to be in the SAME room this year!
