Gratitude Challenge reflection
Research by Baikie and Wilhelm shows that there are emotional and physical health benefits of expressive writing (2005). To maximize the effectiveness of the challenge, there will be a portion of required reflection at the end of each week where participants will take note of their reactions, thoughts, and feelings.
