This form is for an incoming PK4 student (a student who is 4 years old by 9/1/2021). Please fill the form out and submit it. Pre-Registration during the month of February will guarantee your child a spot in their feeder school pattern (zoned elementary school)
Online registration forms (through Skyward) will be available beginning April 5th, 2021 for the 2021/2022 school year. You may upload the student's documents when completing the online forms, once submitted you will not be able to make any changes. Please note that full registration will be completed in the summer.
