본 기관은 1998년에 설립된 고용노동부 소관 비영리법인입니다.  경기도 포천시 일동면에 위치하였으며, 2024년 한국산업인력공단이 주관하는 “비전문 외국인력(E-9) 특화훈련 사업”의 훈련기관으로 선정되었으며, 2025년에도 진행하게 되었습니다.

2025년 신입 외국인근로자(E-9) 직무훈련은 아래와 같이 진행될 예정이오니 신청해주시면 세부훈련내용 및 사업주(유급휴가훈련) 훈련의 훈련비, 급여지원 등에 대한 안내사항을 상세히 안내드리겠습니다.

★ 직무훈련 개요

① 훈련대상 : 입국 1년 이내 외국인근로자(E-9)

② 훈련기간 : 총 140시간 (20일, 주5일×4주)

③ 훈련일정 : 매월 개강 (별도 안내), 정원 30명, 기숙사(2인1실)

④ 훈려내용 : 한국어 및 문화, 산업안전, 직무기초(사업장 맞춤)

⑤ 지원내용 : 훈련비 전액 지원, 근로자 임금지원(140시간×최저시급, 최저시급 150%한도), 숙식비 전액지원, 외국인근로자 이동수단 지원, 주말 한국문화체험, 주말 소방학교체험

Greetings from Hanyeong Education Foundation.

We are a non-profit organization under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, established in 1998. Our foundation is located in Ildong-myeon, Pocheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, and has been designated as a training institution for the “Specialized Training Program for Non-Professional Foreign Workers (E-9)” by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea (HRD Korea) in 2024. We are pleased to announce that the program will continue in 2025.

The 2025 Job Training Program for New Foreign Workers (E-9) will be conducted as outlined below. Upon application, we will provide detailed information on the training contents, employer participation (paid leave training), training costs, and wage support.

★ Overview of the Job Training Program

① Eligible Participants:
Foreign workers (E-9) who have entered Korea within the past year

② Training Duration:
Total 140 hours (20 days, 5 days per week × 4 weeks)

③ Training Schedule:
Monthly sessions (details to be provided separately), maximum 30 participants per session, dormitory accommodation (2 people per room)

④ Training Contents:
Korean language and culture, industrial safety, basic job skills (customized to the workplace)

⑤ Support Provided: Full coverage of training costs, Wage support for workers (140 hours × minimum hourly wage, up to 150% of minimum wage), Full support for room and board, Transportation support for foreign workers, Weekend Korean culture experiences, Weekend fire safety school participation
