Stutelage Summer Camp Transfer Request
If you would like to transfer camps, please fill out this form.  We appreciate as much notice as possible so that our instructors can plan.

There is no fee when transferring camps within the same center, however the registration fee DOES APPLY when transferring between centers. We will use the credit card saved on file to charge this fee.

No refunds are given after May 15th.  No transfers will be honored with less than 72 hours notice.

You will receive email confirmation when the transfer is complete.
