2019 Steps to Sustainability Presenter nomination form
The Steps to Sustainability Conference 2019 will be held on Friday 29 March 2019 at Melbourne Zoo and the theme of the Conference is Local Life: On Land and Below Water (United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 13, 14 and 15)

We are seeking presenters from schools (primary, secondary, state, Catholic and independent) to deliver workshops that share the On Land or Below Water story of their school. Workshops are 30 minutes and are to step participants through how your school implements your sustainability curriculum/ project. Workshops are to have a thinking activity approach to engage participates and to help them apply the learnings back at their school (thinking activity resources will be shared with successful presenters to assist the development of their workshops) .

Presenters are to ensure there is a clear message or activity that participants can directly implement at their school and is not to be a 'show and tell' of what your school has done.

Presenters are to align their workshops to the Victorian Curriculum, ResourceSmart School program and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

There is the opportunity for environmental organisations to co-present with a school. Please check with event organisers prior to submitting your presenter nomination form.

There will be no registration costs for successful presenters to attend and there will be opportunity for EARLY BIRD presenters to have CRT (up to $375 including GST) sponsorship from Catholic Education Melbourne and other funding sources.
