ACA is our FREE culinary training for the greater African diaspora. We offer the opportunity to learn new professional kitchen skills so you can better connect to your culinary roots. Class materials are translated and interpreters will be available.
Each class may be held once a week on Saturday, or twice a week on Monday and Wednesday, or Tuesday and Thursday.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Limited spaces available.
You will:- Meet other aspiring African chefs.
- Have fun learning about the 5 African culinary regions.
- Learn how to work in a commercial kitchen.
- Share your foods with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Make new foods and learn new ingredients.
- Improve your English while learning to cook with a professional chef.
- Have a pathway to more food training, jobs, and a better understanding of the food industry.
