This form is for all events held at Maranatha Worship Center (MWC). All information must be completed and submitted prior to its review by the MWC Staff. Please note: non-ministry events may be subject to a rental/cleaning fee.
Facilities are unavailable after 2pm on Saturdays and before 2pm on Sundays.
