All the data that you have submitted for adding your event to the calendar will have to be verified by MUNTurkey.com PR Team via Zoom meeting or mobile phone call. The proposed Zoom meeting or telephone call is obligatory for adding your conference to our calendar. All your information is under the protection of MUNTurkey.com platform and isn't going to use for another reason except adding to the calendar or promoting the conference.

The conference has to notify MUNTurkey.com when there is a change or update about the conference's date, committees and etc.
If the conference is organized online, the person who regisiters the conference needs to read the necessary legislation in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and prepare a confidentiality agreement for the participants. The person who resigters the conference-- needs to take the highest level of precaution to protect participant information. He/she confirms that I will not share the participant information with third parties without permission.

Konferans online düzenleniyorsa konferansı takvime ekleyen yetkili kişinin Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kanunu gereğince gerekli mevzuatı okuması, katılımcılar için gizlilik sözleşmesi hazırlaması gerekmektedir.. Ayrıca katılımcı bilgilerini korumak için en üst düzeyde önlem almalı ve katılımcı bilgilerini üçüncü şahıslarla izinsiz paylaşmayacağını taahhüt etmelidir.
