We know you have some awesome ideas for Arisia. Whether it's for a panel, presentation, talk, performance (music, dance, theater or other), workshop, meetup, game (RPG, LARP, or otherwise), or participatory event (like martial arts, fencing, and yoga, for example), please share them with us!

We accept ideas for program items year-round. However, to allow for time for vetting and review, only submissions received the first week of August of the calendar year prior to the convention will be considered for the following year's convention. For example, you must submit your ideas by August 5, 2024 for consideration for Arisia 2025.

Submitting an idea neither guarantees that it will be used, nor does it guarantee that the person submitting the idea will participate if it is used. (This is especially true of panels).

Please note that this does not automatically sign you up as a program participant. To be considered for programming, please fill out our Program Participant Request Form.
