Over the past year, AWI and TNC have brought together organizations from across the Mississippi River Watershed to develop shared goals and actions in five key areas: fish & wildlife, floods & droughts, navigation, recreation, and water quality. These goals and actions were co-developed by a wide range of partners and are intended to reflect the needs and priorities of the watershed as a whole.
With this collaborative development phase complete, we are now seeking your feedback to confirm that we—and you as our partner—are ready to use these goals and actions as our basis for moving forward together. While we recognize that goals and actions will continue to evolve as needs shift, we believe they provide a strong foundation for the partnership.
This survey also aims to help us better understand the work already underway across the watershed. We’ve included a list of actions so you can indicate which ones your organization is currently contributing to. This will help us identify opportunities for alignment, collaboration, and support.
