REGISTRATION FEE:  $6 for MSA members / $10 for Non MSA members. Not paying/not paying the correct amount will disqualify you from the league. YOU MUST PAY BEFORE THE FORM CLOSES TO BE DRAFTED!

This form will be closed Thursday September 24th at 11:59pm. 
Captain Assignments, match schedules, and teams will be assigned by September 30th

Games will begin the week of Monday October 5th.
