Candidates must be an ESL teacher, who: instructs emergent bilingual students, or mulitlingual students, is committed to excellence in teaching, professional growth, and collaboration with fellow educators; is innovative, enthusiastic, creative, inspiring, and caring. In the following questions, include all contributions to the TESOL field and/ or activities, interests or experiences that enhance the nominee's effectiveness or knowledge. Including as much specific information as possible increases the likelihood that the nominee will be selected as a finalist for the award.
