Our monthly boxes are processed around the 5th of each month.  

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time before your next box is processed and up until midnight on the 4th.  

For example, if your cancellation is received on or after the 5th of the month in August, you will receive the August box mid-month and then your subscription will be cancelled.  If you cancel before midnight on the 4th, you won't be charged for our receive the next box.

If you are cancelling a 3 month, 6 month or annual subscription your cancellation will come into effect after the last box of your subscription, and can't be cancelled mid-term. You will receive a renewal email prior to the auto-renewal of your subscription, before it renews on the 5th of the month following the last box of your previous subscription

Our gift subscriptions never renew.

We process recurring subscription renewals around the 5th of the month as this allows us to determine the number of subscriptions for our next box as all the box contents are ordered in advance based on the number of subscribers. Our boxes are then packed up by hand (by us) over a number of days before they finally ship out mid-month.
