Vendor Tables
Time for Cake as the event sponsor (Sponsor) has the right to assign vendor spaces. Each vendor will be provided with
one (1) table with neutral floor length linen. Estimated vending space is as listed below.
OPTION 1: 6’ rectangle table | 7’ x 4’ space
OPTION 2: 3’ round table | 5’ space
If more space is needed, two (2) adjacent tables may be purchased at the space rate. Exhibit space will be
assigned and facilitated at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Booth sizes subject to change.

All displays must be freestanding. Vendors may not affix any items to the Venue wall, unless otherwise directed
by the Venue or Sponsor.

The cost for vendor participation varies depending on type of business and what other items WWBS requires of
you. Costs range from $250-$375.

Vendors may only display its approved goods or services and not the goods or services of another company,
event or organization. TFC, sponsors and the venue will not be held responsible for any damaged, lost or
stolen items.

Parking Info
For Vendors – We are looking into discounts for the garage lot immediately behind the event space
For Guests – Valet and street parking available
Setup/Teardown Times
For Exhibitors/Vendors – Doors will open at 3PM to begin setup. Please arrive on Thursday in plenty of time to
complete your set-up by 5:15PM SHARP! Late arrivals are not guaranteed the ability to exhibit. Table and floor length
linen is provided. If you do not need a table or linen, please let us know.
Teardown – All teardown must be completed after the event starting at 8:30PM. Please refrain from starting
teardown early (Vendors need to stay throughout the entire event). Teardown should be complete by 10:30PM.
Social Media/Free Ticket Contest
Each vendor will be able to give away 2 sets of 2 tickets to their fan base. I will be sending images and text that
can be copied/pasted and easily posted to your social media or you can create your own contest. All you need to
capture from the winners is their names and email and pass those along to me. I will set up their free ticket entry
and email them the tickets. This is a fun and easy way to draw people to your social media and create some
BUZZ about Time for Cake and your participation in it. We encourage all vendors to participate in the contest but
it is completely up to you.
We encourage all vendors to participate in the giveaways that happen throughout the evening but again it is
completely up to you. We will be giving away a wedding worth at least $10,000 dollars as well as individual gifts
throughout the evening. Please keep in mind that it does need to be a gift not just a gift/discount with purchase.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Vendors who participate in the $10K Wedding Giveaway will receive
extra benefits through social media marketing and exposure on the website.

Swag Bags
Complementary for participating vendors! Please provide 150 pieces/copies for the bags. Materials must be
received by March 1, 2018. You are limited to one self-contained drop. Please mail or drop off to: L Elizabeth
Events c/o Laura Pearson • 2950 Birch Street • Denver, CO 80207.
Receipt of items after the due date may not be included in the bags.
Hold Harmless
Time for Cake (TFC) has the right to change the date or times of the Expo, or cancel the Expo in
case of circumstances beyond its control. In the event the Show/Expo is cancelled, all deposits or monies paid will
be returned to the Vendor within sixty (60) business days of notification of cancellation. If the Expo is postponed,
every effort will be made to contact the Vendor using the provided contact information as soon as reasonably
possible. Vendor contracts will be valid and effective for the rescheduled date.
TFC reserves the right to reject any application for any reason at any time.
Fees are non-refundable. No monies shall be refunded for any reason in the event that the Vendor cancels its
participation in the Expo.
Vendor acknowledges that neither TFC, Sponsors or Venue carry insurance of any form on exhibits, displays,
or other property of the Vendor. Neither TFC, Sponsors or Venue can be held liable for loss or damage to
Vendor property or injury to, or death of any persons participating in the Expo.
Vendor agrees to pay cost of any property or personal damage resulting from Vendor’s negligence.
