Volunteers must be 18 years old, or if under 18 accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Volunteers receive free admission and gifts through our volunteer appreciation program.
Volunteers will need to check in with the event coordinator at least 15 minutes before their shift. Shifts are 4 hours long so that you still have time to enjoy the event. You are welcome to sign up for more than one shift if you like (for example: setup and return later for tear down).
There are multiple positions available to help the Guild:
- Setup and Tear Down
- Clean Up Crew
- Relief (providing breaks for vendors)
- Gatekeeper (greeting and admission)
- Parking (direct customer and vendor parking)
- Security (keep a watchful eye on safety concerns and look scary)
- Information and Lost & Found (help lost souls)
- Photography (better than a selfie)
