Complete one form for each activity completed. General rule - One volunteer hour for each hour spent in activity. Volunteer hours MUST be spent in direct support of St. Susanna School. (Please see "Volunteer Hours" in Student Handbook on St. Susanna School website for additional details.) You may be contacted if there are any questions. *Principal approves all volunteer hour submissions.
