2024 Chezie ERG Summit Speaker Application

Chezie's ERG Summit aims to bring together ERG leaders, members, and key stakeholders to discuss and explore strategies, best practices, and innovative approaches for building and managing impactful employee resource groups.

We are seeking sessions covering a variety of ERG topics:

  • ERG Resilience in Times of Change: Exploring how ERGs adapt and thrive during organizational changes such as mergers, acquisitions, leadership transitions, or economic shifts, and strategies for maintaining resilience and impact.
  • ERG Engagement in Virtual/Hybrid Environments: Discussing effective practices for engaging ERG members in virtual or hybrid work settings, including virtual events, communication strategies, and fostering a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Empowering ERG Leaders: Providing tools, resources, and leadership development opportunities for ERG leaders to enhance their skills, influence, and impact within their organizations and communities.
  • Intersectionality/Collaboration Across Groups: Exploring the intersectionality of ERGs and the importance of collaboration across different affinity groups, fostering cross-cultural understanding, allyship, and collective impact on diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Global Perspectives on ERGs: Showcasing diverse perspectives and experiences of ERGs from around the world, addressing regional challenges, cultural nuances, and best practices for global ERG strategies and collaboration.
  • Aligning ERGs with Business Strategy: Discussing strategies for aligning ERG initiatives with organizational goals, driving business value through diversity, equity, and inclusion, and demonstrating the impact of ERGs on business outcomes.
  • Employee Well-being and ERGs: Highlighting the role of ERGs in promoting employee well-being, mental health support, work-life balance initiatives, and creating supportive communities that enhance overall employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Data-Driven ERG Strategies: Exploring the use of data analytics, metrics, and measurement tools to assess the effectiveness of ERG programs, track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ERG impact.

There are two session types:

  • Workshops (45 minutes): Lead an interactive session where participants engage in activities, discussions, and exercises related to a specific topic.
  • Keynotes (30 minutes): Deliver a high-impact, inspirational, or informative presentation that covers topics relevant to the conference theme.


This form closes on May 31st. Any submission after this date will be considered for future events.
