Bulldog Field Hockey Skills Clinic Sign Up
June 8, 2024 from 9:00-11:00 - for students currently in grades 3-8

Bring shinguards, a mouthguard, a stick, and a water bottle. Please indicate in this form if you need to borrow any equipment. We have a limited number of sticks and goalie equipment. E-mail catherine.l.miller@mcpsmd.net with additional questions.

Please bring a check for $20 on the day of the event made out to WCHS Booster Club (write 'field hockey' in the memo).

The rain date will be Sunday, June 9.

I know there are some risks associated with playing field hockey, as with any sport. I will not hold Churchill High School, its Booster Club, its field hockey program, or any staff, students or volunteers responsible should my child become injured during or as a result of this clinic. *
