2019 Clay Shoot Volunteer Registration Form
Please complete this form if you would like to volunteer at the Chisholm Trail 100's 2019 Clay Shoot on Friday, May 3rd at Beaumont Ranch, Grandview, TX. There are 2 areas volunteers are needed:

1) 48 Volunteers are needed as "trappers" on the courses - which includes pushing the buttons to release the clay targets and assisting shooters with their scorecards.

2) 12 Volunteers are needed to assist with the tabulations of the team scores. 10-key data entry skills are ESSENTIAL.

NOTE: Volunteers will be out on the course from approximately 8am-Noon, so it is recommended for volunteers to dress for the weather forecast for the day and to wear comfortable shoes (volunteers will be driven to their assigned station on the course by the volunteer coordinators). Ear and eye protection as well as a chair for each volunteer will be provided. If you prefer you can wear your personal glasses/sunglasses as well as bring your own bag/folding chair for comfort.

Volunteers will need to arrive at the Lone Star Barn at the Beaumont Ranch no later than 7:45 AM on Friday, May 3rd. Lunch will be served at approximately Noon (and volunteers will receive a complimentary lunch). Volunteers are welcome to stay for the awards program following lunch, but may also leave at any time after the Clay Shoot is completed (approximately 11:45am-Noon).
