We, the Duluth community, depend on each other’s capacity to give, thus, the fund may not be completely funded all the time. Funds can be given by anyone but only accessed by the Black Duluth community on a first-come, first-served basis. All financial requests are evaluated and given out at monthly leadership collective meetings, so your request for funds may take up to 45 days to be dispersed. *
Only contributing members are eligible to receive funds. To be a member, you must be part of the Black Duluth community and you must support the fund with a monthly contribution of at least $1 or more. *

All those requesting financial aid agree to waive all legal claims against Black Liberation Lab for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of the above limitations of this Mutual Aid Agreement. *
