Central Valley San Jose Competitive Programs Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in Central Valley San Jose's (CVSJ) Competitive Programs! We have a long tradition of providing quality soccer to San Jose youth. We have three programs: Recreational, Select and Elite. Please see our website for more information on each one. Our home field for trainings is at San Jose City College and we also use several fields at Cambrian and Willow Glen neighborhood schools.
Please complete this short form so we can get a better sense of your player's experience and interest. We will follow up within 1-3 days. Please note that if your player currently plays with a NorCal affiliated club, you need written permission from your current Director of Coaching (DOC) or President before we can meet with your player.
