Since we are no longer required to report COVID-19 cases to the state of NJ ,the Student COVID Reporting form is now closed. We still encourage you to stay home and isolate yourself from others if you have COVID or any COVID symptoms. Please reach out to your child's school nurse if you have any specific questions.
