Local News Revenue Initiative 2021
The New Mexico Local News Fund established the Local News Revenue Initiative in 2020 to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. The success of our first cohort compelled NMLNF to offer another round of grants for 2021 to help support diverse news outlets as they expand revenue sources. Any organization (for-profit or nonprofit) that focuses primarily on news may apply, except previous Local Revenue Initiative grantees. Preference will be given to news organizations that have not received support from the Local News Fund in the past.
