Family Association - Executive Committee Nominations
The PVCICS Family Association is accepting nominations for the open officer positions listed at the bottom of this form. These officers will serve on the Family Association's Executive Committee for a two-year term beginning July 1, 2018.

The Family Association's mission is to support the educational goals of PVCICS, to build the school community, and to raise funds in support of PVCICS and Family Association (FA) activities. The FA's five-member Executive Committee oversees all aspects of the FA's operational and management activities, including: (1) developing the FA's annual budget; (2) establishing FA policies and events; (3) working with other committees to support and promote the FA's success; and (4) maintaining a cooperative relationship with the school administration.

Becoming an FA officer is a great way to contribute to the school community and become more involved. Nominees for office must be the parent or guardian of a current PVCICS student. You should feel free to nominate another parent or guardian. Or you can nominate yourself!

Nominations for the FA Executive Committee will be accepted until March 15th. Please nominate one person for each category in the form below; you do not need to complete all categories.

Again, nominations are due back by March 15th and elections will be held during the month of April.

The Co-Chairs preside over membership meetings, oversee committees, and provide broad leadership over the management of the Family Association.

The Treasurer handles FA finances, such as receiving monies, disbursing expenses, preparing monthly financial statements, and developing financial procedures and documents.

The Officer-At-Large advises the Executive Committee to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures; supports the treasurer and secretary and provides record-keeping in the absence of the secretary.
