Dalam program Fringe, JIPFest membuka kesempatan bagi individu, kolektif, atau organisasi untuk membuat program fotografi sebagai bagian dari festival. Acara wajib terbuka gratis untuk umum (tidak mengenakan biaya pendaftaran) dan bersifat non-komersial (tidak ada transaksi jual-beli selama acara).
The Fringe program enables individuals, collectives, and organizations to create their own photography events as part of the festival. The event must be free to the public (with no registration fee) and non-commercial (no transactions during the event).
