All families will need to complete the Family Device Agreement Page prior to coming to pick up the device. If you want to fill and sign that form when picking up the device you can do that also. This school year we are allowing families to fill out this agreement electronically.
We ask that all families accept or decline insurance prior to picking up their device. More information regarding the one to one device insurance can be found here - https://www.pbsd.net/11DeviceInsurance.aspx. If you have questions or need help accepting or declining insurance we can help you when you pick up the device.
Students in grades 5-9 will be receiving a Chromebook for the 19-20 school year. We want to make our best effort to make sure our students start the school year with their device. We are allowing all families to pick up their device prior to the school year starting. The times available to pick up your device prior to the school year are listed below.

Starting Monday, July 8th, 2019 Families can pick up their devices Monday - Friday from 8:15 AM - 11:15 AM in the High School Library.
Starting Monday, July 15th, 2019 Families can pick their devices every Monday - Thursday from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
THIS SCHEDULE WILL RUN UNTIL AUGUST 5TH, 2019. WE WILL THEN RELEASE AN UPDATED PICKUP SCHEDULE AT THAT TIME.
