Requests should be made two weeks in advance. If request is sooner than two weeks please have the student see Mr. Kaflik to explain. If absence, late, or need to leave early is on the same day as request is being submitted please also email Mr. Kaflik at ckaflik@brownsburg.k12.in.us. Requests made in a timely manner will be answered with a response from Mr. Kaflik.

We as a staff understand that occasional absences and arrival/departure circumstances will happen. We encourage all members to avoid scheduling a conflict on top of a rehearsal or performance. After multiple requests, we will have conference about repeated issues.
