For each player, you will rate different skills using a short answer number rating system to rank your players.  Please select a single number that falls within the range of numbers described below.  When considering their abilities, please use a comparison against ALL players in the division, NOT just your own team.  Please pick a single number and not a range of numbers.  A general system is as follows:
80-100- Plays better than 80 to 100% (most or all) players in the division
60-79- Plays better than 60-79% better than an average player in the division
40-59- Is an average player in the division- can compete with the other players, but has not yet shown a special talent
20-39- Plays below average in comparison to all other players in the division
0-19- Is still learning and in the lowest portion of the division
