2020-21 PTA Membership Form & Details

Lewis & Clark's PTA supports our school in meaningful ways. When you become a member of the PTA you help bring families, communities and teachers together. You help to champion, engage, connect, guide and advocate for your child and Lewis and Clark. This is an unprecedented year of difficulty for all. Despite many of our “annual” activities being cancelled or postponed we need your membership now more than ever. It is imperative to continue supporting our school, classrooms and teachers.

Your PTA membership dues will help support your child and will help to fund essential school resources, curriculum needs and special events such as:

~$4,000 in grants to teachers for field trips and special classroom supplies
~Over $8,600 in Ipads and Chromebooks for our classrooms
~The Family Resource Center Coordinator’s salary (the PTA is a primary funder for one FRC position)
~Teacher Appreciation and Welcome Back Staff Breakfast
~Maintenance of the Outdoor Discovery Core
~Playground equipment, repair, and maintenance
~Family Enhancement Nights
~The Ice Cream Social
~EAST after school program
~5th Grade Graduation Activities
And much more

Our PTA also hosts several fun events throughout the school year including:
~The Sock Hop
~Missoula Children’s Theater Play
~Bike to School and Book Swap

All PTA members are invited (certainly not required) to attend monthly PTA meetings (which are virtual at this time) to learn about what’s happening at Lewis & Clark. PTA membership is the key to receiving a school directory. Each PTA member will receive a school directory with contact information for the kids in our school.
