- Minimum data collection from candidates -

On 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679) have been enforced across Europe. The law aims to give citizens more control over their data and to create a uniformity of rules to enforce across the continent.

At this stage Arriva goal is to minimize collected data from seafarers/candidates to most relevant information and possible future contact in regards to Your employment. Submited data is safely administrated by Arriva Shipping Polska and will not be used for another purposes than sending information about free vacancy on Your position.
All the personal data we received from You is processed by our staff in Arriva Shipping Polska Office.
Your personal data will be processed by Arriva Shipping Polska in order to recruit for the seagoing position, on the basis of the consent expressed by you (ie Article 23 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data).

You have the right to request access to personal data relating to your person, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing and the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data.
In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The above does not affect the legality of the processing which was carried out on the basis of your consent before it was withdrawn.

Providing your personal data by you is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment process.
Decisions regarding the completion and resolution of the recruitment process will not be taken in an automated manner.
No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.
We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data
Your email/contact information we use for recruiting purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that
you no longer wish to receive this information or be listed in our database.

Filling out the Non Personal Application is voluntary, but we will need at least Your e-mail address for possible job proposal and you can unsubscribe at any time via phone or email. Provided information is not shared with third purposes.
