This two-day institute is designed for TK–12 educators interested in enhancing their instructional practice through the lens of Peter Liljedahl's book Building Thinking Classrooms and grounded in the 2023 Mathematics Framework. Whether new to Building Thinking Classrooms or building on the 2024–25 Professional Learning, this institute offers valuable insights and tools for student-centered math instruction.

August 6 & 7, 2025 from 8:15am-3pm

Location: The Marin County Office of Education: 1111 Las Gallinas Avenue, San Rafael, CA 94903

A stipend of $300 per Marin County public school teachers is available for full participation. Attendees have the opportunity to earn 1 continuing education unit (CEU) from Dominican University.
