Teens; Chingari & Choti Chingari Crew trainings are held at the Southside Uniting Church Hall, 58 Kadumba St, Yeronga.
NEW IN 2025: Senior Crews will have a technical intensive from 9:15am - 11:45am
Thumkas, Mini Masalas & Rising Stars are held in the Sun Room, upstairs at ARCANA, 46 Evesham St, Moorooka
Late entry to the term is permitted (no later than week 2 for Teens/Chingari). Registration 24 hours prior to your child's first class is a requirement - if you are booking a trial class please be sure to add this to cart
here.
Set down: Parents of Mini-Masalas, Rising Stars, Chingari & Teens must drop their child off in the carpark and go enjoy a coffee elsewhere. New parents are encouraged to come meet the teacher and complete forms on the first session.
Parents of Thumkas (our class for children under 6 years) may watch the class but must be mindful of talking/distracting the children.
We offer Zoom in case your child is unwell or is a close contact - your child must catch up on choreography missed.
Our Teens Crews is open to all teenagers who are committed and passionate about taking their dancing to the next level. Teens & Chingari train for 1.25 hours, with a 15-minute shared theory & technique class. Chingari Crew is via invitation only - if you believe your child is ready for Chingari or Choti Chingari, please bring them to trial Rising Stars. Our teachers will advise if they are ready for Crews and invite them to our next training.
Crew members should be:
- Driven
- Committed to growth and evidently work on their dance skills at home
- Have strong dance foundations developed in training
