Agreement - Terms & Conditions
Approval of this agreement is at the sole discretion of DOG HAUS Worldwide LLC. This agreement must be approved at least two (2) weeks before the scheduled event and it may be terminated and/or cancelled on thirty (30) day’s written notice at any time during the term of this agreement by either party. The above organization will promote this event for the above DOG HAUS location only utilizing the guidelines and marketing materials provided. DOG HAUS will donate 20 percent of all sales (excluding sales tax) generated by your organization at the DINE OUT fundraising event — the more people you bring in to eat, the more money your organization can make. Proceeds for the event will be the above noted 20 percent of the pre-tax sales receipts for all food and beverages.  Participants must acknowledge/identify the organization by presenting “event flyer” prior to finalizing their transaction to qualify their purchase. Event flyers must be distributed prior to the event and off Dog Haus premises. Dog Haus will not honor flyers passed out at its locations at the time of the event. The event will take place on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday during an approved time between 11AM to 9pm, unless otherwise approved and noted in writing by the General Manager of the above restaurant.  A check for Dog Haus’ 20% donation will be mailed to the organization within 10 business days following the event. No guarantees or warranties of any kind are made by either party hereto as to the anticipated success of this event.  The above organization will utilize the guidelines and marketing materials for promoting their event only in the use in which they are intended. Any additional marketing materials created must be approved by DOG HAUS Worldwide LLC prior to distribution. DOG HAUS and any other marks associated with the DOG HAUS Franchise, are the sole property of DOG HAUS Worldwide LLC. No license to use any of these marks is given or implied. These marks may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, used, modified, or distributed in any way (except as an integral part of an authorized copy of material provided by DOG HAUS Worldwide LLC) without prior written permission of DOG HAUS Worldwide LLC. *
