Please fill out the following survey to help us best plan for this coming school year.

The Valders Area School District Reopening plan provides options for students.  Those options are:

1.  In-person Classroom learning (grades 4K-12) – 5 days a week with a prescribed school schedule and health protocols in place. Health protocols include wearing masks, hand washing/sanitizing on a regular, consistent basis, surface/object sanitizing, daily symptom screening and temperature taking at home and social distancing whenever possible.  Athletics and co-curricular activities will be available as determined using the Student-Athlete Re-entry Plan.

2.   Distance Online learning (grades 4K-12) – 5 days a week, students will attend classes from home along with students who are attending in person. Students will connect to the class, ask questions, and experience class instruction and activities in “live” time for all classes. Expectations, including attendance, and rigor of assignments will be the same as students attending in person.  Athletics and co-curricular activities that are offered will be available to students participating in distance learning.

All families are asked to declare their intentions to VASD so that our schools can plan for the start of the 2020-21 school year.  Please complete the following survey by Friday, July 31 to declare your intentions for your child(ren).
