Advertisers agree to pay upon receipt of bill and tear sheet after publication unless other arrangements are made at the time of sale. The P-CEP Perspective reserves the right to cancel any advertisement that violates our Editorial Policy and/or is illegal. If the Editorial Board decides to rescind the advertisement, the money will be refunded before the next issue of the paper is published. The P-CEP Perspective is not liable for any failure to display online advertisements out of its control. If for any reason the P-CEP Perspective fails to publish the advertisement or circulate the edition in which the ad was to be contained, the Perspective’s only liability shall be to publish the advertisement in the next available edition or refund any sums paid for the advertisement.
