1. Non-liability: Prospectus/Admission Form and all other Admission Correspondence will be sent by Post/Courier. Budha Group of Institutions (BGI) will not be responsible for postal/courier delays or loss in transit.
2. Non-refund of fees: All fees once paid are not refundable for any reason whatsoever. Only Security Deposit will be refunded after making necessary adjustments as required.
3.1 Cancellation of admission: BGI reserves the right to cancel the admission of admitted candidates if;
(a) The fees is not deposited by the stipulated date.
(b) The candidate does not join the particular programme by the stipulated date even though the fees has been deposited.(c)The candidate fails to furnish the proof of stipulated minimum qualification.
3.2(b)Provision of non-refund of fees under clause 2 will also apply in cases under clauses 3.1 (b) and 3.1 (c)
4. Right to alteration/modification: (a) Management reserves its right to alter or modify the structure of any of the programs to attain the objective of excellence. (b) BGI reserves its right to change the fees structure.
5. Jurisdiction : All disputes are subject to Karnal Jurisdiction only.
6. Attendance: All students have to full fill the attendance criteria of 75% fixed by the institute. Any student found absent from college for more than 7 days without any permission / intimation; his / her name shall be struck off from the college automatically without any separate intimation, re-admission of such student shall be sole discussion of management.
7. BGI reserves the right to ask the student to withdraw from the programme if any discrepancy is found in the information furnished in their admission form or the documents enclosed to support the eligibility of the students or the performance does not meet the institute's values and academic standard as set-forth by the institute's management from time to time and the fees deposited by the student would be forfeited.
8. The student has to abide by the rules, general discipline, dress code and norms of conduct of the BGI during the programme.
9. Dress Code: The student has to follow proper dress code of BGI to maintain discipline.
10. Use of Mobile phone is strictly prohibited in Campus: Non-compliance shall attract to suitable disciplinary action.
11. Candidates are required to read the prospectus thoroughly.
12. After joining the course each student has to follow conduct / rules as framed by Budha Group of Institutions.
13. Budha Group of Institutions will have the right to use student's name & photographs for advertisement purpose.
14. No student after the admission will be allowed to undertake any illegal activity such as strike/agitation/ragging etc. which may prove to be detrimental to the prestige of BGI.
15. The rules can be altered or modified at the discretion of the Director as required from time to time.
16. BGI reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant without assigning any reason.
17. Agreement Clause: All successful candidates shall be bound by the above mentioned terms and conditions of BGI and Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.
