This request must be submitted AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF PLANNED ABSENCE.
Your request is subject to admin approval. In the event that it is not approved and you choose to leave regardless, your student will be marked "unexcused absence" for the number of days s/he missed.
If a student misses a total of 17 school days (10 in one semester) without an excuse, they may be disenrolled from school. There is no automatic re-enrollment once a student is disenrolled-- you may jeopardize your student's enrollment by not having their absences excused / approved prior to leaving.
You will be notified of the outcome once your request is processed.
