MIND Your Health: Imposter Syndrome
Does it seem like everyone around you has life figured out? Do you feel like you need to work harder than anyone else to earn your place? Do you think you have to do everything by yourself? Do you feel like an imposter? Imposter syndrome is extremely prevalent in graduate school, especially among underrepresented groups. Join us for the May GRADient mental health event. Learn about the types of imposter syndrome and have a casual conversation with a panel of graduate students about mental health challenges in graduate school.
All participants will get access to a collection of mental health worksheets!
